I had a pretty good stay! The location was great for the subway, and even though my room was small, it was comfy. It was convenient being near the metro. The only downside was the noise from the train which I could hear in the mornings.

Honestly, my trip to Shanghai was a rollercoaster thanks to this hotel. The issues I had with the payment were incredibly frustrating, and I'm still fighting to get my deposit back. However, despite the terrible service, the location wasn't bad. I did manage to explore Shanghai despite everything.

My room was far from perfect. The towels had yellow spots, the room was rarely cleaned properly, and there were even expired water bottles! Plus, a constant leak from the bathroom made for sleepless nights.
